Both apartments provide a free parking space right outside the door, a covered pergola in front of the entrance, and are barrier-free and handicap-accessible.
Check-in: the apartments are available for check-in on your arrival day starting at 4:00 pm. We ask that you inform us of your general arrival time since we live in the neighboring community. Simply give us a short call (+43 664 4948038) or send us a text message. If you arrive by train, let us know your arrival time at the Kaltenbach train station.
Check-out: on your departure day, we ask that you check out of the apartment no later than 9:00 am.
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

Booking and payment information
Upon receipt of the deposit (equivalent to 30% of the total amount), your reservation will be considered confirmed.
You can transfer the remaining amount a week prior to arrival or pay in cash on your arrival day. We ask for your understanding that you can only pay in cash on-site.

Cancellation conditions
Up to 3 months prior to arrival, you can make a cancellation for free
Up to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total amount
Up to 1 week prior to arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount
In the last week prior to arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount
We ask for your understanding that for an early departure, a partial refund is not possible.
